Room Descriptions & Rates (All prices in GBP)

All prices include Complimentary Continental Breakfast, VAT, parking and all other taxes.  No surprises at check-in!  All rooms have complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.  Every room has a telephone (there is a charge for every outgoing call).  Check-in time 3:00 pm, check-out time 10:30 am. 

Single Room: maximum occupancy 1; 1 single bed, either ensuite or private bath.

Double Room:  maximum occupancy 2; 1 double bed, ensuite.

Twin Room:  maximum occupancy 2;  ensuite, 2 single beds.

Triple Room:  maximum occupancy 3; ensuite, 3 single beds.

Family Room:  maximum occupancy 3; ensuite, 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Quad Room:  maximum occupancy 4; ensuite, 4 single beds.

Family Deluxe Room:  maximum occupancy 4;  ensuite, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

Valid Credit Card Details (name on CC, type of CC, CC number, and expiry) are required to secure a reservation.  Reservations not canceled 48-hours prior to arrival time incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one or two days' rent.

We do not have televisions in individual rooms.  However, there is a TV in the lounge that guests are welcome to enjoy.
